Faith Through Movement
My workouts are more than physical training — they are spiritual discipline.
Every rep, every breath, every mile is an act of worship and gratitude to the God who restored my body and soul.
Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. — Hebrews 12:1–2
Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork
Kundalini Yoga aligns body, mind, and spirit through powerful breath, movement, and meditation — drawing me closer to the Holy Spirit.
- Morning practice: 10–15 minutes of breath of fire + spinal flex
- Sat Kriya for nervous system strength
- Ego Eradicator to release fear and pride
- Always end in stillness and prayer
Pre-Run Activation
Before every run, I prepare both body and soul:
- Dynamic stretches + leg swings
- Deep belly breathing and short prayer
- Light shake-out jog
- Dedicate the run: “Lord, this mile is for You”
Running as Ministry
I’ve run the Boston Marathon 5 times and am now training for the St. Jude Marathon — every step a prayer, every mile a testimony.
Weekly Training Rhythm
- 3–4 Runs (easy, tempo, long run)
- 2 Kundalini Yoga sessions
- 2 Strength / core days
- 1 Full rest + meditation day (Holy Spirit recharge)
This body is a temple. This movement is worship.
Every workout is a declaration: I am alive. I am redeemed. I am running for His glory.
